• 6+ years of aromatherapy or natural product formulation experience.
• Proven track record of developing successful aromatherapy blends and natural cosmetics/wellness products.
• Extensive knowledge of essential oils, carrier oils and other natural ingredients.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic science and formulation principles.
• Experience with quality control, product testing and regulatory compliance in the cosmetic/wellness industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Formal qualification in Aromatherapy (IFPA/NAHA) or related science degree.
• Familiarity with the Durban market is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate new aromatherapy blends and natural skincare/wellness products.
