This is a unique opportunity to guide individuals towards optimal health and balance through personalized aromatherapy and integrated wellness strategies. You will be responsible for crafting bespoke aromatic blends, conducting wellness assessments, and providing expert coaching to address physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth client consultations to assess their wellness goals, health history, and preferences.
• Developing personalized aromatherapy treatment plans, including custom essential oil blends for therapeutic use (inhalation, topical application).
• Prescribing and educating clients on the safe and effective use of essential oils for various conditions.
• Providing holistic wellness coaching, incorporating lifestyle, nutrition, stress management, and mindfulness techniques.
• Designing and leading online workshops and webinars on aromatherapy and holistic health topics.
• Researching and staying current with the latest advancements in aromatherapy, complementary therapies, and wellness research.
• Maintaining detailed, confidential client records and progress reports.
• Managing the formulation and sourcing of high-quality essential oils and related products.
• Collaborating with other wellness practitioners to offer integrated care solutions.
• Promoting the clinic's services and building a strong client base through online engagement and referrals.

Requirements

• Advanced certification in Aromatherapy from a recognized institution (e.g., IFPA, NAHA, ARC).
• Certification as a Holistic Wellness Coach or equivalent counseling/coaching qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience practicing aromatherapy and providing wellness coaching.
• Extensive knowledge of essential oil chemistry, therapeutic properties, contraindications, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to develop effective, personalized wellness and aromatherapy plans.
• Strong understanding of holistic health principles, including nutrition, mind-body connection, and stress management.
• Excellent remote communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using online communication platforms (Zoom, Skype) and practice management software.
• Ability to create engaging and informative content for workshops and online platforms.
