This role is crucial for translating complex architectural designs into detailed, buildable construction documentation. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure the technical integrity, functionality, and constructability of diverse mixed-use projects, encompassing residential, commercial, and retail components. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with advanced detailing, construction methodologies, and building regulations. A strong command of BIM software and a meticulous approach to documentation are essential. Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong focus on mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with excellent modeling and documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• In-depth knowledge of South African building regulations and SANS standards.
• Experience in preparing detailed construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage documentation for multiple projects concurrently.
• Registration with the South African Institute for Architectural Technologists (SAIAT) or similar is advantageous.
