The successful candidate will lead technical design, develop construction drawings and schedules, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, institutionally respected firm in the North West province.

Qualifications

• Professional Technologist registration with SACAP.
• 7+ years of experience as Architectural Technologist.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (BIM management).
• Knowledge of SA building regulations and construction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and documentation process for architectural projects.
• Develop construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure designs comply with South African building codes and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support during construction phases.
• Mentor junior technologist staff.
