Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in BIM implementation and management.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Experience with point cloud data and other reality capture technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM standards, templates, and libraries for the practice.
• Provide training and technical support to architectural staff on Revit and other BIM software.
• Oversee BIM coordination meetings and ensure clash detection and resolution.
• Manage project BIM models, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain documentation for BIM execution plans (BEPs).
• Explore and integrate new technologies and workflows to improve BIM efficiency and capability.
