Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist in Mossel Bay to develop detailed technical designs and construction documentation for a diverse project portfolio. You will ensure compliance with building regulations, liaise with contractors, and monitor site progress to maintain high quality execution.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
7+ years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural software.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed technical drawings, specs, and schedules using CAD/BIM.
Ensure designs comply with current building codes and regulations.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve queries.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Develop and maintain project documentation for accuracy.
