Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture required with 8+ years in architectural design.
• Proven experience leading residential design projects from concept to construction documents.
• Strong command of architectural design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated ability across all design phases and production of high-quality drawings and renderings.
• Excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of KwaZulu-Natal building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with mentoring responsibilities.
• Proven leadership in guiding junior staff and managing client expectations.
