• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in architectural practice.
• Professional registration with SACAP as a Professional Architect.
• Proven leadership of large-scale projects, urban development or commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Star SA).
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality design and successful project delivery.
• Knowledge of KwaZulu-Natal building regulations and practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in architectural practice, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex architectural projects, preferably within urban development or commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
