• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• SACAP registration is required.
• 8+ years of progressive architectural experience with at least 3 years focused on urban design and planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of urban planning and architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client briefs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, landscape architects, and urban planners, to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed developments.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and presentations for client meetings and public consultations.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of urban planning principles, zoning laws, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• A portfolio showcasing significant urban design and architectural projects is essential.
