Formación

• Registration as Professional Architect (PrArch) with SACAP.
• Master's degree in Architecture with Sustainable Design specialization.
• Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in architectural practice with significant leadership.
• Proven expertise in sustainable design principles, LEED/EDGE, and passive design strategies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of South African building codes and planning regulations.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and client management skills.
• Experience in Sandton or similar high-end urban development contexts is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the conceptualization, design development, and execution of architectural projects with a focus on sustainability.
