Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 8+ years post-qualification experience in architectural practice.
• Portfolio focused on mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino.
• Thorough understanding of South African building regulations, planning policies, and development processes.
• Registered Professional Architect with SACAP.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in architectural practice, with a strong portfolio of mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in leading architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino) and rendering applications.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Thorough understanding of **South African** building regulations, planning policies, and development processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to foster strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Registered Professional Architect with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).
