Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Professional Architect registration with SACAP.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design, focused on commercial/mixed-use.

• Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, planning laws and construction methods.
• Excellent client liaison, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in remote teams with strong self-discipline.
• Experience with sustainability in design is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of commercial and mixed-use architectural projects.
