Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Professional registration with SACAP and a minimum of 12 years of progressive architectural experience.
• Extensive experience in leading the design of complex commercial and mixed-use developments.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating award-winning designs and successful project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in architectural design software, including BIM tools (e.g., Revit), AutoCAD, and visualization software.
• In-depth understanding of project finance, development economics, and construction management principles.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainable design principles and innovation.
• Experience with projects in Durban or similar major urban centers is highly preferred.
