Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and design development for complex architectural projects from inception to completion.

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.

Requirements

• A professional degree in Architecture and professional registration with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
