Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Project Architect to lead design and development for high-end Sandton projects. You will translate client visions into functional, sustainable architectural designs while ensuring regulatory compliance and technical feasibility.

You will coordinate with engineers, manage timelines and budgets, and oversee construction documentation from concept through to completion. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with SACAP (Pr Arch) eligibility or status.
• Minimum of 8 years in architectural design and project management.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit; strong visualization skills.
• Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques and sustainability.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
