Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with several years building and shipping production software.
• Substantial hands-on experience with large language models: prompt design, context engineering and structured outputs.
• Experience building evaluations or test harnesses for LLM outputs and improving quality.
• Evidence of growing other engineers through mentoring, training or communities of practice.
• Daily fluency with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and refine prompts and context strategies for AI features in Klipboard products.
• Coach engineers across teams to improve AI tooling usage and practices.
• Define standards for prompting, evaluation and context engineering and maintain them as tools evolve.
• Ensure safe, accurate data handling in all shipped features.
