You will work with product managers and engineers to deliver robust, measurable AI capabilities, balancing speed with quality, cost and latency.

This role emphasizes hands-on development, prompt engineering, evaluation, and collaboration across teams in a fast-moving AI space.

Qualifications

• Solid production experience with C# .NET in established codebases.
• Hands-on experience building with large language models and prompt design.
• Experience shipping quickly from idea to working software.
• Ability to test/evaluate LLM outputs and improve quality.
• Daily fluency with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI features end-to-end in established products.
• Ensure production-grade quality with proper error handling and monitoring.
• Share knowledge through code, examples and conversation.
• Prototype fast, harden properly, and assess where compromises are acceptable.
• Work with product managers and engineers to understand business problems.
