Klipboard is seeking an AI-focused engineer to ship features inside established C# .NET codesbases. You will design prompts, manage context, and integrate models across multiple providers, ensuring robust, production-ready outcomes.

Daily work involves fast prototyping, rigorous evaluation, and close collaboration with product teams to deliver value for distributive trade customers. Flexible hybrid work policy applies.

Qualifications

• Solid production experience with C# .NET.
• Hands-on experience building with large language models: prompt design and context engineering.
• Track record of moving ideas to working software in weeks rather than quarters.
• Experience evaluating LLM outputs and improving quality.
• Daily fluency with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI features end-to-end within established products.
• Implement prompts, context design, and LLM integrations into existing codebases.
• Ensure production-grade quality: error handling, latency management, logging and monitoring.
• Prototype quickly, harden properly, and ship measured, honest results.
• Work with product managers and engineers to align features with business needs.
