Qualifications

• Must hold an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license with airframe ratings.
• Expertise in airframe systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and structures.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex airframe issues.
• Strong regulatory knowledge (SACAA) and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft airframes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair airframe-related issues with diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians, guiding technical tasks and safety procedures.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks; document work and report discrepancies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with supply chain for components.
• Interpret drawings, manuals, and advisories to guide repairs and modifications.
• Uphold strict safety standards and promote a safety-conscious culture.
