Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years in aircraft structures design and analysis.
• Proficient with ANSYS/NASTRAN and CAD tools (CATIA/SolidWorks).
• Experience with composites and aluminum under load.
• Familiar with aviation structural certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze aircraft primary and secondary structures.
• Perform stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses.
• Select materials and manufacturing processes for structures.
• Develop specifications and drawings for structural parts and assemblies.
• Collaborate with aerodynamics, systems, and manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee testing and validation of structural designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and document results.
