Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fixed-wing aircraft.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide repair procedures.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections to identify and address any discrepancies.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with aviation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance performed.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians, providing technical expertise and support.
• Collaborate with flight crews and operational teams to minimize downtime and ensure aircraft readiness.
• Participate in the development and implementation of improved maintenance procedures.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of necessary components for repairs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, with a significant focus on fixed‑wing aircraft.
• Possession of relevant aviation maintenance certifications (e.g., EASA Part-66 or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, engines, avionics, and airframes.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of aviation safety regulations and best practices.
• Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role is highly advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and mentoring.
• Must be able to pass a background check and security clearance.
