Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship or vocational training in Aircraft Maintenance.
• AMT license or equivalent certification desirable.
• Minimum 3 years experience on commercial or general aviation aircraft.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems and powerplants.
• Ability to read technical documentation and perform detailed repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail in a safety-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft systems and components according to manufacturer and regulatory specifications.
• Conduct thorough inspections, including visual, functional, and operational checks, to identify and rectify potential defects or safety hazards.
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to accurately diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Document all maintenance actions, parts used, and time spent accurately in the aircraft maintenance logs and computerized systems.
• Collaborate with flight crews and operations personnel to ensure timely resolution of aircraft discrepancies and minimize downtime.
• Adhere strictly to all aviation safety regulations , company policies, and environmental procedures.
