Qualifications

• 8+ years in aircraft maintenance with at least 4 years in airworthiness/quality assurance.
• In-depth knowledge of EASA Part 145 and Part M or equivalents.
• Experience with aircraft type certification and continued airworthiness processes.
• Based in Midrand or willing to relocate for hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aircraft airworthiness and regulatory compliance for local and international standards.
• Develop and maintain robust maintenance programs and procedures.
• Audit maintenance activities, facilities and documentation for compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate certification of aircraft, components, and activities.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and technicians; maintain records.
