2U is seeking a Salesforce Engineering Lead in Cape Town or Johannesburg to own the architecture, mentor a 4–6 person team, and drive our Salesforce roadmap, Data Cloud, and Agentforce AI initiatives.

You will lead the production environment, collaborate with Product and Stakeholders, and ensure code excellence while shaping a scalable, privacy-conscious platform for a global education ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years software engineering with Salesforce focus.

Responsibilities

• Own production Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Lead Data Cloud data ingestion and identity resolution.
• Drive Agentforce AI workflows and platform roadmap.
• Align CRM and data strategies with product and stakeholders.
• Manage sprint lifecycle and DevOps practices.
