Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, CS, or related field focused on AI ethics.
• 5+ years in technology ethics, policy, or governance with AI exposure.
• Ability to translate complex ethical theories into practical guidelines and actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI ethics policies and guidelines across the organization.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments for new AI projects and algorithms, identifying biases and societal impacts.
• Collaborate with R&D, product, and legal teams to ensure responsible AI deployment and data governance.
• Provide expert guidance and training on AI ethics principles to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of global regulations, industry best practices, and emerging ethical challenges in AI.
