You will research trends, propose policies, advise on ethical considerations, and engage with stakeholders across legal, R&D, and business units to ensure societal values are reflected in AI strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Law, Public Policy, Ethics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI policy, ethics, regulation, or a related advisory role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their societal, ethical, and legal implications.
• Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical and ethical concepts into practical policy recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in AI ethics and policy globally.
• Develop and propose policies, guidelines, and frameworks for the responsible use of AI within the organization.
• Advise cross-functional teams on ethical considerations, risks, and mitigation strategies for AI projects.
• Contribute to public consultations and stakeholder engagements on AI policy matters.
• Facilitate internal discussions and workshops on AI ethics and governance.
