Job summary

SRG Recruitment seeks an experienced AI/ML engineer to design and deliver production-ready ML products from ideation to deployment. You will collaborate with Revenue, Studios, Finance, Marketing and Operations to identify high-value use cases and translate them into scalable data science solutions.

Qualifications

• A B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and solid software engineering skills.
• Hands-on cloud experience, AWS preferred, with a track record of building ML systems at scale.
• Experience with observability — monitoring, alerting, and keeping models healthy in production.
• Experience mentoring, supporting and growing junior engineers is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

A B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field, with astrong understanding of machine learningand solid software engineering skills that you can write clean, production-ready code. Hands-on cloud experience, AWS preferred, along with a track record of building, deploying and operating ML systems at scale. Experience with observability — monitoring, alerting, and keeping models healthy in production as well as the ability to turn complex AI/ML concepts into clear business language is essential. Experience mentoring, supporting and growing junior engineers is required.
