Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a senior AI delivery leader to drive end-to-end AI solution delivery from strategy and design to deployment and production support.

You will mentor AI Engineers, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, and oversee governance, monitoring, and scalable enterprise AI products to realise business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or tech field.
• 5+ years in Artificial Intelligence, ML, Data Science, or AI Engineering.
• 2+ years of people management leading technical teams.
• Proven experience deploying production-grade LLM and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI products from design through production.

Job description

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end AI solution delivery, from strategy and solution design through to deployment and production support. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will lead the development of scalable, enterprise-grade AI products and solutions, mentor technical teams, and help organisations realise the business value of AI through innovative and practical implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI projects.
• Design, develop, deploy, and operationalise production-grade AI solutions.
• Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimise Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop Agentic AI solutions and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Lead AI application and product development initiatives from concept to production.
• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI-driven solutions.
• Facilitate solution design workshops and provide strategic AI advisory services.
• Oversee AI model deployment, monitoring, governance, and performance management.
• Drive the development of reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor and develop AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and technical team members.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to responsible AI, security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Drive continuous innovation across AI delivery and operational processes.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in:

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' people management experience leading technical teams.
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade LLM and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI products and applications from design through to production.
• Strong client-facing consulting or stakeholder engagement experience.
• Proven project management experience delivering multiple complex technology projects.
• Experience implementing AI governance, monitoring, and operationalisation frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud-based AI and data platforms.
