Job summary

Communicate Finance seeks a data science/software engineer to join a team developing ML/AI capabilities for real-time, large-scale distributed systems. You will design features end-to-end, train models, and deploy them in production.

You will work across the full product lifecycle, collaborate with engineers and data specialists, and contribute to scalable microservices. A strong emphasis on learning, mentorship, and innovation is provided in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Data Science or a data-focused software engineering role.
• Proven experience training, deploying, and supporting machine learning or AI models in production environments.
• Strong programming ability in Python and/or Java.
• Strong SQL and database design skills with experience working on large datasets.
• Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience working in Unix-based environments, including scripting, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with version control systems, containers, CI/CD processes, and microservice architectures.

Skills & Experience:

Required:
