Job summary

SRG Recruitment seeks an experienced AI/ML engineer to design and deliver production-ready ML products from ideation to deployment. You will collaborate with Revenue, Studios, Finance, Marketing and Operations to identify high-value use cases and translate them into scalable data science solutions.

Qualifications

• A B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and solid software engineering skills.
• Hands-on cloud experience, AWS preferred, with a track record of building ML systems at scale.
• Experience with observability — monitoring, alerting, and keeping models healthy in production.
• Experience mentoring, supporting and growing junior engineers is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI/ML products from ideation to production.
• Work closely with business teams to uncover high-value use cases.
• Run discovery sessions to understand problems deeply, then craft the right data science solution.
• Engineer, deploy, and maintain AI/ML systems in production — owning the full lifecycle.
• Build and maintain observability tooling to monitor model performance, data quality, and system health.
• Mentor junior engineers in the team — sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and helping them grow.
• Convert model results into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
• Scale successful solutions across business functions and regions globally.
