Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in agronomy or agricultural consulting.
• Experience with data analysis and farm management software.
• In-depth knowledge of South African crops, soil types and KwaZulu-Natal climate.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel to farm locations.
