Job summary

Sage in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead regional partner-led demand generation across Africa and the Middle East. You will work closely with Sage's partner ecosystem, Sales teams and wider Marketing to create joint go-to-market programmes that accelerate growth.

This highly commercial role requires strong stakeholder influence, multi-market delivery, and a data-driven approach to demand generation and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running an affiliate programme on a recognised platform (Awin, Impact, or similar).
• Proven track record of growing an affiliate channel with measurable results.
• Ability to vet partners and identify fraud risk early.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate strategy end-to-end and decide how the programme scales.
• Manage the affiliate platform (Awin or equivalent): commission structures, publisher onboarding, reporting.
• Build and maintain partner relationships globally, not just in SA, given the international nature of the product.
• Coordinate with the PR agency where relevant.
