Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks an experienced Active Directory and Exchange Engineer to maintain the AD environment and manage Exchange Server ecosystems. You will ensure proper mailbox configuration, monitor alerts, and liaise on DNS tasks with other technicians.

You should have 5+ years in AD, Windows Server, and related technologies, with a Diploma or Degree in IT. Strong scripting and ITIL familiarity are advantageous for enterprise-level service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Active Directory technologies and Windows Server.
• Experience integrating LDAP/Exchange, SharePoint, and Azure AD infrastructures is preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or IT, with AD and Exchange certifications recommended.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Active Directory infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Manage Exchange Server environments and ensure Outlook Anywhere configurations.
• Monitor server alerts, investigate issues, and coordinate DNS changes with the team.
• Design, install, and manage AD across multiple domains and Office 365 environments.
• Apply security best practices and support enterprise services and ITIL standards.
