Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification is mandatory with 7+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong IFRS and technical accounting expertise is required.
• Proven experience in Shared Services environments and multi-entity reporting.
• Experience managing audits, financial reporting and annual financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, annual and statutory reporting processes.
• Lead annual financial statement preparation and audit engagements.
• Partner with external auditors and ensure audit readiness.
• Drive financial governance, controls and reporting quality.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
