Rosstone Professional Solutions seeks an experienced Accounting and Reporting Deputy to support the Head of Accounting & Reporting across a complex multi-entity Shared Services environment. This senior leadership role demands deep technical accounting expertise, robust financial controls, and confident engagement with auditors and senior stakeholders.

You will hold a CA(SA), possess 7+ years post-qualification experience, and bring proven SAP and finance automation tool experience, IFRS mastery,

• CA(SA) qualification is mandatory with 7+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong IFRS and technical accounting expertise is required.
• Proven experience in Shared Services environments and multi-entity reporting.
• Experience managing audits, financial reporting and annual financial statements.

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Accounting and Reporting Deputy to support the Head of Accounting & Reporting across a complex multi-entity Shared Services environment. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep technical accounting expertise, strong financial control experience, and the ability to engage confidently with auditors and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• NQF Level 7 qualification in Accounting or Finance
• CA(SA) qualification is mandatory
• Minimum 7+ years' post-qualification experience
• Proven experience in Shared Services environments
• Strong IFRS and technical accounting expertise
• Mandatory SAP and finance automation tool experience
• Experience managing audits, financial reporting, and annual financial statements across multiple entities
• Strong financial control, balance sheet assurance, and intercompany reconciliation experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, annual, and statutory reporting processes
• Lead annual financial statement preparation and audit engagements
• Partner with external auditors and ensure audit readiness
