Job summary

Responsibilities

• Management of Accounts Payable & Cashbooks.
• Management of Overall Creditors & Cashbooks function.
• Checking of payments requisitions.
• Management of Creditors Age Analysis.
• Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Selects, Hires & Manages employees related to Creditors & Cashbook function.
• Cashbook & Creditors planning & Goal setting processes.
• Accounting—Processing of Journals, Maintenance & Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts.
• Preparation of reports to Internal departments.
• Summarizes, prepares, Analyses & presents Management Accounting information to internal customers.
• Maintenance of Balance Sheet accounts.
• Petty Cash & Approve Petty Cash Journals.
• Budgets—Assist Budget owners with Budget preparation.
• Audit—Management of Audit Deliverables related to above mentioned functions
