Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly financial results across 9 group entities
• Prepare group management accounts and board reporting packs
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and statutory requirements
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Support finance teams across SADC operations
• Oversee audit processes and strengthen financial controls
• Leverage SAP to optimise reporting and financial processes

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile)

• BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years' accounting experience within manufacturing
• Proven group consolidations experience across multiple entities
• Exposure to SADC operations is highly advantageous
• Strong SAP experience is essential
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business
