Job summary

You will handle seller and customer queries, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in customer service, is data-driven, with strong Excel/SQL/Zendesk skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Senior Certificate or Higher.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service role.
• Excel, SQL, and Zendesk experience (advantageous).
• Experience in an e-commerce, start-up, tech or platform environment (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Address and escape Marketplace seller & customer queries via tickets & phone calls.
• Engage with internal Takealot stakeholders to resolve Marketplace queries.
• Assist with ad-hoc data capturing and admin tasks as required.
• Provide ideas to drive process & system improvement across Takealot Marketplace.
