Job summary

Compass Medical Waste Services is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead and coordinate security across our Durban facilities. You will supervise security personnel, monitor access control, conduct patrols, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years supervisory security experience, Grade 12, PSIRA Grade A or B, a valid driver’s license, firearm ownership, and shift work availability. Join a professional team focused on safety, incident reporting, and collaboration with law

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Grade 12 (Matric)
• PSIRA Grade A or B Registration is mandatory
• 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory security role
• Strong leadership, communication and report-writing skills
• Knowledge of security operations, access control, investigations and incident management
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Valid driver’s licence and firearm ownership
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
