Job summary

West Coast Personnel seeks an experienced Section Manager to lead Charge Room operations in a manufacturing setting. You will report to the Production Manager and drive performance, coordinate maintenance, and oversee Shift Supervisors to meet targets through continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements include Matric, a technical certificate, and supervisory experience. You will manage budgets, ensure compliance and foster strong stakeholder relationships across production teams.

Qualifications

• Matric and relevant engineering qualification.
• Engineering/national certificate required.
• Experience in electrical production/manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve production systems to maximise efficiency and output.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance with Engineering, Production Control and Maintenance teams.
• Lead Shift Supervisors and develop staff through performance management.
