Job summary

Abantu Staffing Solutions is seeking a seasoned professional in engineering leadership to provide operational and maintenance support within the manufacturing section. You will design and implement systems to maximise performance, output, and contribute to meeting production targets.

Your role covers production operations, maintenance control, compliance, customer service management, staff supervision, and cost control, within a structured manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• NQF: Technical/ Engineering/ Electrical discipline and Trade Test: Electrician/Millwright.
• 10 years' experience in manufacturing with 5 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Department by providing operational and maintenance support in the section.
• Design and implement related systems and plans to maximise performance and output.
• Contribute to achievement of production targets.
