Job summary

Birkenstock Mall of the North is seeking a Seasonal Sales assistant to join our team, delivering friendly, proactive service and meeting daily sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include customer service, stock replenishment, POS transactions, merchandise presentation and housekeeping. You will work with a buddy, attend quarterly training, and may receive a uniform allowance and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and the ability to upsell to meet customer needs.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Willingness to learn Birkenstock procedures and standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge every customer within 30 seconds.
• Deliver excellent customer service following Birkenstock procedures.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate product benefits.
• Close sales and secure add-on sales.
• Invite customers back to become Birkenstock fans.
• Monitor daily sales against individual budget.
