Qualifications

• 4–8+ years experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong exposure to security delivery projects and governance environments.
• Experience in Telecom or Fintech (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple squads / distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning.
• Drive delivery of security initiatives.
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies.
• Support strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Track sprint progress using Jira boards and metrics.
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and others.
• Manage RAID logs: risks, actions, issues, decisions.
• Support governance and reporting to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and team maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, reviews, retrospectives
• Drive delivery of security initiatives (e.g., IAM, SOC/SIEM, vulnerability remediation, cyber compliance)
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across squads and stakeholders
• Support strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives (platform upgrades, migrations, modernization)
• Track sprint progress using Jira boards, burndown charts, velocity and delivery metrics
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed (Scrum/Kanban/Hybrid Agile)
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, DevOps, Security, QA, and Architecture
• Manage RAID logs: risks, actions, issues, decisions
• Support governance and reporting to leadership (status, milestones, blockers, delivery health)
• Drive continuous improvement and team maturity (ways of working, team coaching)

Required Experience

• 4–8+ years experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong exposure to Security delivery projects and governance environments
• Experience in Telecom or Fintech (preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple squads / distributed teams
