Sasso Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP UAT Lead / SAP Test Manager for a short-term 3-month contract in Midrand, Gauteng. The role focuses on owning the UAT workstream within an SAP implementation project, from planning to business sign-off before go-live.

You will manage test plans, scripts, defect handling and sign-offs, coordinating with business users and SAP consultants to ensure coverage across Sales, Procurement and Finance processes.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading SAP UAT efforts in complex SAP projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ALM and end-to-end UAT cycles.
• Ability to coordinate business stakeholders and SAP consultants.
• ISTQB or SAP testing certification is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regular progress reports and testing dashboards.
• Support go-live readiness and final business acceptance.

SAP UAT Lead / SAP Test Manager

3-Month Contract | Midrand, Gauteng

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on SAP UAT Lead / SAP Test Manager for a short-term, 3-month contract based in Midrand.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workstream within an SAP implementation project, ensuring effective test planning, execution, defect management and business sign-off ahead of go-live.

This is a specialist SAP testing leadership role, not a traditional Project Manager position.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP UAT Lead, SAP Test Lead or SAP Test Manager.
• Hands-on SAP ALM experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end SAP UAT cycles.
• Strong understanding of SAP Sales, Procurement and Finance processes.
• Experience managing test scripts, test execution and defects.
• Proven ability to coordinate business stakeholders and SAP implementation consultants.
• Experience obtaining formal business acceptance and UAT sign-offs.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines.

Advantageous

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• SAP Cloud ALM experience.
• ISTQB or relevant SAP testing certification.
• Previous experience supporting SAP go-live activities.
