Accenture in South Africa is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant to join its Reinvention Services team. You will act as a Functional SME, designing, configuring, and delivering onboarding solutions that create outstanding new hire experiences while ensuring compliance.

You will collaborate with HR Operations, IT, Recruiting, EC and Change Management to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery and drive delivery best practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience with ONB 2.0.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business or related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is required.
• Client-facing consulting or project delivery background is preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Activate project delivery methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the SME for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and ensure functional correctness.
• Translate requirements into ONB 2.0 configurations, panels, and notifications.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, IT, Recruiting, EC, and Change Management for end-to-end delivery.
• Lead workshops, conduct UAT, and validate design decisions with stakeholders.
• Support ongoing process improvement and onboarding practice development.
