Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience in full-cycle implementations for both Onboarding 2.0 and Succession & Development.
• Hands-on configuration experience in Onboarding and Succession modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Facilitate training, UAT, and knowledge transfer to HR teams.
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
