Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant to join our Reinvention Services team in South Africa. You will act as a Functional SME for ONB 2.0, applying deep module knowledge to design, configure, and deliver onboarding solutions that balance new hire experiences with operational and compliance needs.

You will collaborate with HR Ops, IT, Recruiting, EC and Change Management, lead workshops and UAT, and contribute to continuous improvement of ONB 2.0

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or Business Administration.
• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification required.
• Experience in client-facing consulting or project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Functional SME for ONB 2.0, ensuring functional alignment with onboarding processes.
• Translate business requirements into ONB 2.0 configuration designs (panels, variants, roles, tasks, emails, document mgmt).
• Collaborate with HR Ops, IT, Recruiting, EC and Change Management to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Lead onboarding workshops, process walkthroughs, and UAT with business owners and HR leads.
• Support continuous improvement of ONB 2.0 configurations and delivery methodologies.
