Job summary

Accenture in South Africa is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Lead to join our Reinvention Services at Manager level. You will serve as the functional SME for SAP SF Compensation, guiding design, configuration, and deployment of total rewards and compensation planning solutions that are commercially sound and operationally impactful.

You will own team decisions, engage across cross-functional workstreams, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll and IT to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with significant focus on the Compensation module.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Compensation is required; VAR Pay or additional module certs are advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing consulting or advisory role within a global SAP/IT services environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, guiding design, configuration, and deployment for total rewards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Payroll and IT to ensure end-to-end implementation.
• Drive adoption of best practices, governance, and change management across projects.
