Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Lead to join our Reinvention Services team in South Africa at Manager level. You will serve as the principal SME for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll, guiding end-to-end payroll transformations and ensuring delivery quality with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, drive process improvements, and oversee complex payroll initiatives while aligning with SA regulatory

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in HR Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll, and/or SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
SAP SuccessFactors certification is required/advantageous for EC Payroll and HCM Payroll modules.
Experience in client-facing consulting or advisory roles within global services environments.

Responsibilities

Act as Functional SME for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll across payroll transformations.
Lead end-to-end payroll delivery or defined components with accountability for delivery commitments.
Engage with client leads and stakeholders to align delivery with business goals and ensure quality.
Develop functional specifications and integration requirements for EC Payroll integration and related processes.
Mentor teams and contribute to Accenture’s SAP Payroll practice growth and know-how.
Ensure compliance with SA payroll regulations (PAYE, UIF, SDL) and industry standards.
