AVI LIMITED seeks a Payroll Administrator in the Financial Shared Services (FSS) division, based in Bryanston, Johannesburg. You will manage full payroll cycles, update and reconcile payroll data, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong relationships with BU's.

Extensive SAP payroll experience is highly valued, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement. The role requires 3+ years in payroll, weekly wages experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally with HR.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ full cycle payroll experience.
• 5 years weekly wages experience.
• Experience in a large, complex payroll department.
• Experience working cross-functionally with HR.

Responsabilités

• Handle payroll input, checking and processing to ensure accurate salaries.
• Reconcile postings, run GL checks, and address variances.
• Distribute payslips on time and manage manual payments.
• Ensure compliance with PAYE, SITE and VAT regulations.
• Provide timely customer service and respond to SLA requests.
